SRE Environmental Services

SRE Environmental Services was started in 1994 and is currently the largest Environmental Service Organization in the Southeast of the Netherlands. It is part of the Samenwerkingsverband Regio Eindhoven (SRE), an organisation in which a large number of cities and municipalities in South-East Brabant work together on policy issues that require a regional approach. SRE Environmental Services is a partner that focuses on the physical living environment. Over the years the organisation has become a leading and successful environmental service organisation with 200 highly skilled and motivated employees.

Focus on customer

Over the past few years SRE Environmental Services has become more and more client-focused. The organisation has become outward-looking and puts the customer’s demands and wishes first. The organisation currently only provides a-la-carte services, which means that every project is executed at the request of the client or group of clients. Our services are tailor-made.


Expansion

SRE Environmental Services primarily works for the SRE cities and municipalities, but is regularly asked to supply expert assistance by other government organisations such as the province, water management boards and (national) ministries. In addition to the South-East Brabant region SRE Environmental Services also serves a number of cities elsewhere in Brabant, South-Gelderland and Limburg. In order to be as customer-oriented as possible, SRE Environmental Services has built its departments around its clients. Special consultants are in close touch with our clients and internally coordinate our work to the customer’s demands.


Wide range of activities

Our consultants bring a wide range of expertise to the table and are able to advise and support our customers on every possible issue. Our services include air, soil, sound, communication and education, (urban) planning, agriculture, construction and archaeology. Thanks to our wide range of knowledge and expertise we are able to handle your questions in a comprehensive way, whether it relates to policymaking, execution, or both.


Social responsibility

As the first Dutch governmental organisation in the field of the environment, SRE Environmental Services received its ISO 9001 certificate in 1999. This was followed in 2002 by an ISO 14001 certification and a VCA certificate in 2008. This means that our employees are trained in and compliant with every possible safety measure, for instance the ones that apply to construction sites. SRE Environmental Services is committed to offering quality standards in every possible field. Of course, we provide our services in a socially responsible way. We balance people, planet and profit.
